Q5: Do you have a retail store where we can fit your frames?
A5:Sorry,we currently don't have any retail stores. Being an E-business oriented shop is the core competency which allows us to offer our customers such products with hot prices. For fitting, we recommend to look unto the interior sidebar of each frame to see the dimensions that suit you best. You can compare this with the dimensions on the product info pages, or contact our Customer Service directly so that they can advice you some more frames which may fit you perfectly.

Q6: Do you offer the tint that changes color indoors to outdoors and indoors?
A6:Yes, we call it Photochromic. When you are indoors, the tint will be very light. And when you are outdoors, it will get dark depending on the direct exposure to sunlight. Please be advised that these lenses do not get as dark as a typical sunglass.
Q7: Can we have lenses both tinted and photochromic?
A7:No,lenses are either photochromic or tinted. Therefore the two features are incompatible and can not be selected simultaneously.

Q9: Do you sell lenses alone?
A9:No, we offer our lenses with our frames as a whole package.
Q10: How long does it take for me to receive my sunglasses?
A10:Generally speaking, it takes about 14 business days to deliver the custom eyeglasses directly to your door. Of course, this is just estimation and it usually takes much less than that. For a complete shipping schedule, please refer to Q11.
